All Cologne House rooms are non smoking and pet free. 

 

Cologne House offers comfortable fully furnished accommodation for a minimum of two nights or more. 

​

If you are seeking longer accommodation, simply drop us a line. For long term stays we offer a heavily discounted price.

​

Nightly room rates range from $165 to $215 per night (max, of 2 people per room), depending on the standard, size and property / room type. These prices apply through this website only. No external agency booking fees applies.

When you book with us, you can expect to enjoy;

​

- Cologne house is a large villa, boosting four large bedrooms (lockable), each with their own ensuite and or private lounge / balcony (subject to size / room type)

- each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, to a good standard, which includes your linen and towels.

- cleaning of the room (this is an extra charge of $35.00 per booking.

- electricity

- internet (fair use policy applies)

Entertain in the open plan new kitchen and enjoy dining on a large 10 person dining room table.

 

Relax in the cosy lounge with wood burner and / or sit in the sunroom with a book, the sun streams into this area in the afternoon.

​

If that wasn't enough, there is a large outdoor deck with a outdoor wood fire and a separate BBQ for those long summer nights.

​

The house is insulated top and bottom. A panel heater is in each bedroom, with a woodburner in the main lounge and a small lounge off the Queen Victoria bedroom.

​

We also have a table tennis in the rumpus room to add to the enjoyment of the property! Nothing like a touch of some healthy competition.

​

Yes we have a few house rules, so everyone enjoys the house and the accommodation in a fair manner. 

​

Payment is required upfront through the online booking system and online banking. We do not at this stage take credit card payment. There are no refunds should the booking be cancelled 30 days before the booking date.
