    • All bookings are made online or via email (prices shown are the nightly rate, with a minimum stay of 2 nights). 

    • Check in: 3pm - Check-out:10am.

    • Complimentary Wi-Fi (fair use policy applies)

    • All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom (with a shower only)

    • All rooms have either a queen or a king size bed (linen is included)

    • The cleaner is extra - $35.00 per booking, after you have completed your stay. For longer stays, we can arrange for the cleaner to come in, through your stay with us.

    • Electric panel heaters in each room

    • Electric HWC / Shower Pressure (good)

    • Large new kitchen, dining room, lounge and sunroom.

    • For some serious entertaining we have a ten seater dining room table!

    • Outdoor fireplace and a standalone BBQ. (LPG bottle will be provided)

    • Woodburner in the lounge area. (firewood will be provided in the winter)

    • TV / freeview in the main lounge area.

    • Parking - street parking

    • Rubbish removal is included, in the allocated wheelibin provided.

    • Noise restriction from 11pm - 6am. No parties. No smoking inside.

    • Cologne House is not ideal for children.
